Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just select the e-mail box you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
